Generation 2004 sincerely thanks all colleagues in Luxembourg who placed their trust in us during the 2025 Local Staff Committee elections. Thanks to your support, we achieved an 8.4% increase in our share of the vote compared to the previous elections, reaching 28.57% of all valid ballots and securing six elected pairs, who will represent Luxembourg staff interests in all matters affecting them at both the Local Staff Committee and the Central Staff Committee levels.
These results confirm our strong position in Luxembourg and reaffirm Generation 2004’s role as the most voted single staff organisation in the European Commission, based on results across all sites. Your confidence shows that an independent, transparent and fact-based approach to staff representation continues to matter.
Our campaign does not end with the elections, it continues every day. We remain fully engaged, listening to your concerns, defending your rights and fighting on your behalf to make sure that fairness, respect and transparency remain at the heart of our institution.
Your votes are a clear message: colleagues value commitment, fairness and open dialogue over politics. Generation 2004 will continue to represent all staff: officials, temporary and contractual agents, with professionalism and integrity.
