As the majority of you probably noticed the Election of the new Local Staff Committee of Brussels (LSC BXL [2]) has now finished: thanks very much indeed to all of you who voted! Here are the results [3]. The turn-out of 53% (11 865 voters participated out of 21 872 eligible voters). Generation 2004 scored some 35.54% of list votes and 36.64% of the preferential votes, which translates into 9 seats out of 27 in the LSC Brussels and a continuous climb on the representative charts (line in green).

With being the biggest independent group in the Commission [4] this will translate to bigger involvement in the work of Central Staff Committee and Joint Committees.
Generation 2004 would like to thank to all who voted in all elections [5], and special thanks to those who voted for us!
[*] What happened to Generation 2004 in 2006 and 2009? We did not yet exist: Generation 2004 was created in 2012 [6]. We’re 10 years old this year!
