Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus, our last call for interest has not allowed us to find a candidate and we invite you again to apply for this full-time secretary post. We are looking in particular for:
A committed and proactive CA FG II colleague with a positive service attitude, a high sense of initiative and responsibility with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload. He/she should be a self-starter, team player and able to identify problems and offer solutions. Our team works mainly in English, but good knowledge of French would also be very welcome. A good grasp of knowledge of administrative Commission tools and other IT systems would be an asset. Knowledge of web publication tools like WordPress, is also welcome.
Job description:
- Overall secretarial tasks (e-mails, phone calls distribution, calendar maintenance)
- Coordinate conferences, training and events including video-connections and web-streaming
- Maintain the overview of staff requests, meetings, social dialogues etc.
- Preparation of reports/minutes of meetings;
- Carry out analytical tasks concerning the association’s activities including the extraction, collection and publication of basic statistics;
- Coordinate missions and travel related tasks for the team;
- Assist on the implementation of the association’s communication strategy such as the design of posters, election material; logos and email templates;
- Supporting the team in preparing content for the website and newsletter (including the design and publication);
- Managing the association’s internal wiki page, various databases and responsible of follow-ups;
- Updating and uploading of the latest news and documentation in different online platforms which include the association’s public website, Facebook page, twitter page, yammer groups and Connected;

Eligibility criteria:
Candidates must be already listed in a valid FG II Cast list. Based on justified requests a request for CAST could also be made.
