We are looking for:
A committed and proactive CA FG II colleague with a distinct service attitude, a high sense of initiative and responsibility, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize the workload.
The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player and able to identify problems and offer solutions. Working mainly in English, but a good knowledge of French would be an advantage. See example tasks below:
- Preparation of reports/minutes and agendas for meetings;
- Management of functional mailboxes, filtering emails and calls;
- Compile information from multiple sources and basic statistics concerning our association’s activities;
- Coordinate conferences, trainings and events, including video-connections, web-streaming (WebEx, Teams), sending invitations, managing recordings, etc.;
- Editing documents (notes, letters, organizational charts) to ensure proper layout;
- Maintain overview tables compiling staff requests, meetings, social dialogues and activities of members at different Commission sites.

The closing date for applications is Monday, 12 June 2023 18.00 (CET/Brussels). The candidates will be requested to perform a practical test. Interviews will be held early/mid-June. The post is available from 1 September 2023.
Eligibility criteria:
Candidates must already be listed in a valid FG II CAST list. Based on a qualified CV a request for CAST could also be done.
