Generation 2004 cares about your wellbeing.
To prove it, in the last two years alone we have organised several initiatives offered by colleagues to staff, and have pushed for policies in this area:
[1]organised a training on burnout prevention, [1]- initiated a series of group coaching sessions, [2]
- raised awareness and made proposals to address issues related to digital overload [3] and the right to disconnect [4].
Today we are pleased to bring you a new initiative to help improve your wellbeing.
We are human beings that need each other. After nearly two years sitting in isolation in front of our screens and away from our teams, it is time to connect back and bring colleagues together in safety.
Our proposal is that colleagues living close to each other meet for walks outside in their neighborhoods. To this end we have created an open group in Teams where you can engage with colleagues living in your area of residence. This will be done through channels dedicated to specific cities and living areas.
It will be up to you to announce your interest in the specific channel for your neighborhood and organise any walks with other interested colleagues.
We hope that this initiative will help bring colleagues together and that many relaxing and enjoyable walks will take place, with new social interactions.
