Lunchtime conference with inspiring guest speaker: Breaking the Menopause Taboo: What You, Your Partner, and Your Colleagues Need to Know.

Do you have a partner whose reactions seem unusual to you? Do you have a colleague who has recently been more often ill or absent, when it was rarely the case before? Have you ever felt that your memory is failing, your emotions fluctuate, your body goes from hot to cold and vice versa without warning, you have joint and muscle pain, you can’t sleep at night, etc.?
This can be confusing but may be part of a huge transition that remains taboo: THE MENOPAUSE.

Whether you’re approaching perimenopause, living through menopause, supporting someone who is, or trying to understand changes around you at the workplace, this event will offer clear and compassionate insights to help colleagues contribute to a respectful work environment and overall wellbeing for everyone.

Let’s break the taboo together!

We look forward to having you with us:

Our speaker:

After more than a long colourful decade, a corporate career in the Hungarian Radio, the European Headquaters of Nike and Levis; after traveling around the world and becoming a mother, Kata settled in Belgium and turned to her true passion. She started her journey 15 years ago to become the well-trained Core and Health Coach that she is today. She specialised on the “pelvic hub”, the source of so many magical processes of life.  She followed schools and professional courses like the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach school in NewYork, Hormone Yoga Therapy from Dinah Rodriguez herself, Aviva Method in Israel, or Core Stability Trainer Training in Belgium.  She says that she learned the most important: To live her talk! Therefore, she only recommends practices that she tried herself first.  She feels honored to share some of her wisdom with you about this remarkable stage of life: when we enter to the “Third Spring” as one of her teachers put it.  Welcome to the “Midlife Conversations.”
