We are living in crucial times, when we see our working conditions radically changing for the worse without the proper involvement of staff and their representatives.
This concerns in particular the ongoing move to hot-desking [1] for thousands of staff during a pandemic that is now reaching its fourth wave. And the closure of most canteens and cafeterias, many of which will not reopen, according to the Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) plans.
Generation 2004 strongly believes that staff should be properly consulted on all of these issues. While the administration is not doing this, we believe your voice still counts: join us to discuss these topics on 22 November. We will present Generation 2004 proposals on housing conditions, canteens and cafeterias, and listen to your ideas and input.
With your support, we will make sure that once elected in the local staff committees of Brussels, Outside the Union and Ispra we will make your voice heard!
Join us on 22 November at 12:00 to be part of the change!
