All colleagues are invited to the all-staff lunchtime conference on Friday 16 October, from 12:30 to 14:00, to share views on the Large-Scale Review (LSR) ahead of the upcoming follow-up discussions with Commissioner Serafin.
Hosted by Marcela Valkova, Chair of Generation 2004, this meeting will be an opportunity for colleagues across the Commission to express their concerns, perspectives and expectations regarding the recommendations linked to the LSR.
As Generation 2004 prepares for a further exchange with Commissioner Serafin, your input is essential. The more concrete feedback we receive from colleagues, the better we can reflect staff concerns, highlight practical implications and strengthen our voice in the discussions ahead.
Why attend?
This conference is an opportunity to:
- share your views on the recommendations;
- raise concerns about how the LSR may affect staff;
- highlight risks, opportunities and practical consequences;
- help ensure that staff perspectives are clearly represented in follow-up discussions.
Whether you have broad concerns or specific points to raise, your contribution matters.
Open to all colleagues
The conference is open to all colleagues across the Commission. We encourage broad participation so that the diversity of staff experience and opinion can be fully reflected.
