Thought Field Therapy training

These are difficult times for everyone, and there are different ways that we all try to best cope with the situation. Below is a proposal we received from one of our colleagues, that we help passing on. We leave it to you to judge if that is something that could work for you or you would like to try it out.

Take good care, stay safe and positive!

The body’s automatic response to danger, known as the “fight or flight” response, can be lifesaving in case of physical threat.

However, in our daily life the stress is triggered numerous times a day by events that are exacerbated by constant flow of news. Chronic stress causes many negative health effects like elevated risk of depression, foggy mental function and increased risk of migraines. If stress is left un-addressed or suppressed it can lead to chronic conditions of fibromyalgia, heart disease, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, cancer and neurological disorders. Therefore learning techniques to manage stress are important for the quality of life and longevity.

Thought Field Therapy® (TFT) is one of the stress management and trauma relief techniques. TFT is a system that is told to facilitate healing as it accesses and resolves, through a combination of our thoughts and the meridian system, the essence and root cause of a problem, whether emotional or physical. This simple technique is told to allow to release accumulated tension and re-establish balance. Anyone can apply the process to him-/herself on a daily basis, eliminating negative emotions as they occur. It should even work on infants and animals.

You may now learn and use these stress management techniques for free. Our colleague, S. Soone, is offering online courses (Skype for business) by mostly using Thought Field Therapy technique of tapping in combination with other energy healing techniques.

On Tuesdays 10.30-11.00 : we release blocked energy caused by stress. Thereafter we address stress that has been caused by fear.

On Thursdays 10.30-11.00 : we release blocked energy caused by stress. Thereafter we address stress that has been caused by anger and frustration.
