We would like to inform all staff that the General Assembly launching the electoral process for the renewal of the Ispra/Seville Local Staff Committee will take place on:
Thursday 8 February 2018 at 15:00, in the Auditorium – Bdg. 58C (videoconference with Seville – Room A30)
The agenda of the General Assembly is the following:
- Proposals of changes of the Electoral Rules
- Designation of members for the Electoral Board
- Decision on the date of next LSC elections
- Presentation of the LSC activity report (2015-2018)
The current Electoral Rules can be found here.
In accordance with art. 47 of the Local Staff Committee internal rules (see below), the deadline to submit proposals for amendments of the Electoral Rules must be sent to the LSC secretariat (jrc-clp-ispra@ec.europa.eu) by Friday 2 February 2018, Close of Business.
Article 47: Assemblée générale statutaire
Le Bureau exécutif organise, avant chaque élection, et conformément aux règles statutaires, une assemblée générale.
Le président du CLP conduit l’Assemblée. La convocation est publiée au moins deux semaines avant la date prévue.
Lors de la convocation, le personnel aura la possibilité de proposer des modifications au règlement électoral.
Toute proposition de modification devra être soumise au CLP dans les 10 jours suivant l’envoi de la convocation à l’Assemblée Générale.
À la fin de la date limite de soumission, le CLP enverra les propositions reçues à tout le personnel.
À cette assemblée, le comité du personnel présente son bilan d’activités et élit le bureau électoral.
